Five ways Hope is Used in the Bible
1. Hope is not just wishful OPTIMISM. Hope is a confident expectation that God will fulfill His promises.

2. Hope does not DENY the problems in the present. Hope trusts in God to fulfill His promises in spite of the problems.
3. Hope doesn’t LIMIT God to the boundaries of our understanding. Hope trust God to fulfill His promises in ways that transcend our understanding and expectations.
4. Hope doesn’t DICTATE to God how or when He should fulfill His promises. Hope waits for God to accomplish His will His way.
4. Hope does not end up DISAPPOINTED. Hope always sees the fulfillment of God’s promises for our greater good and His greater glory.
